FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT (BOBBY E. PARHAM FOOD SERVICE FACILITY)
 

MISSION:  To serve the needs of our customers by providing quality, nutritious meals in a timely manner.
 


Scope of Services: 
The scope of the Food Service Department's services includes the use of safe, effective and efficient procedures to produce and provide quality, nutritious meals to all of our customers on a timely and consistent basis.

The CSH Food Service Department:

Is a cook/chill food service facility.
Operates one of the largest food production facilities in the continental United States.
Provides approximately 23,000 meals daily.
Serves the four (4) Georgia Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases (DMHDDAD) regional hospitals located in Atlanta, Columbus, Milledgeville and Savannah and the Georgia Department of Corrections facilities in Hardwick.
