Records:
These records
confirm whether or not a patient was buried on the grounds of the hospital
and are available from 1880 to the present. Central State Hospital's
cemeteries are the focus of a national Mental Health Consumer's
restoration movement and have been placed on the
National Register since 2005. Unfortunately, it is difficult and often
impossible at this time to determine the specific location of many of the
older burials. Inquiries regarding the above records should be directed to
