To add the confidentiality statement to items you send

1.       Click Tools > Options > double-click Environment > click the Signature tab.

2.       Click   Signature.

3.       Copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) this message into the Signature box:

This message and any attachments hereto may contain confidential and/or privileged information.  If you are not the intended recipient or authorized to receive this for the intended recipient, you must not use, copy, disclose, discuss or take any action based on any information herein.  If you have received this message in error, please advise the sender immediately and destroy these pages.  Thank you for your cooperation.

4.       Click Automatically add.

5.       Click OK.
