HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
 
MISSION:  To provide quality, responsive human resource services to Central State Hospital (CSH) organizations, individual CSH employees, applicants for hospital employment and all of our other customers.
 

In support of this mission, we are committed to providing:


Services in a customer-focused manner.
Accurate and timely information and services to hospital organizations/employees in the areas
    of payroll and leave administration, employee benefits, classification and compensation.
Recruitment services to CSH organizations.
Support to hospital administration in employee relations issues.
