STAFF DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

MISSION:  To provide quality staff development and training opportunities and informational resources in response to the needs and concerns of Central State Hospital’s staff, Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Addictive Disease (MH/DD/AD) consumers and their families, and the communities we serve.
 


In support of this mission, we are committed to providing quality staff development and training opportunities which:

bullet_r.gif (927 bytes) Enhance the knowledge of persons working with MH/DD/AD consumers in the appropriate competencies to perform to the standards required to meet federal, state, organizational and consumer expectations.
